JumpYard is the first and biggest trampoline park in the Philippines. Having started operations only recently, the park will be only too glad to answer questions regarding the park.
Frequently Asked Questions
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
There is no actual age limit, but children below 6 years old are not recommended to jump (most especially with bigger kids), since they have not mastered their balancing skills. They will only be allowed during the first hour of opening. Adult companion is also required for children below 11 years of age. Please use proper discretion at all times.
IS THERE A HEIGHT AND WEIGHT LIMIT?
Each trampoline can safely take a maximum of 150 kg (or 330 lbs.). There is no height limit. However, on the Olympic Trampolines, only jumpers taller than 48” (or 1.2 m) are allowed.
We recommend to everyone that they jump within their own physical abilities.
I HAVE NEVER JUMPED ON A TRAMPOLINE BEFORE. CAN I STILL COME?
Yes! Our trampoline park caters to beginner, intermediate or advanced level jumpers. Our Park Marshals will ensure that you are enjoying yourself safely at our trampoline park. Our safety video will also explain the basics of trampoline jumping.
DO I NEED TO MAKE RESERVATIONS?
Reservations are recommended for groups of ten people or more. We accept walk-in jumpers as well, but we cannot guarantee immediate entry into the trampoline area, as we limit the number of simultaneous jumpers in the park, in order to ensure everyone’s safety.
CAN I CANCEL MY TICKETS? WOULD I GET A REFUND?
Tickets are non-refundable and rescheduling of tickets is not allowed.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A NORMAL RESERVATION AND A PARTY RESERVATION?
A normal reservation is when you book a slot for yourself or a group to jump in the park, whereas a party reservation is when you book a party room/section, for a party or for an event, which will include jumping on the trampolines as an activity. (Please check out our party packages for details.)
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY JUMP YARD SESSION?
Tickets are valid beginning every half hour. That is when we welcome new jumpers onto the trampoline area and bid farewell to those who have finished their hour-long sessions with us. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your scheduled jump session. This will give you time to fill out/sign your waivers (if not already done), buy your tickets and collect your wristbands, store your belongings, and watch the safety video, prior to starting your session. This will ensure that you get the most out of your allotted jumping session!
DO I NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER BEFORE I CAN JUMP?
YES. Every jumper needs to have a signed liability waiver on file at Jump Yard, prior to getting a ticket and being allowed into the trampoline area. Waivers can be filled up ahead (check our website for online registration) and submitted to us electronically, or else a printed and signed version can be brought to us on site. Either way, a photocopy of a valid ID of the signatory must be included, for signature verification.
Alternatively, if you are not able to submit your waiver form before your visit, you may fill it out and sign it (adults) onsite, and present a valid ID for signature verification, before purchasing tickets to enter.
IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OLD, a parent or legal guardian (who is at least 18), must sign the waiver for you and submit the photocopy of his/her ID for signature verification. Again, this can be done electronically or onsite.
WAIVERS WILL BE VALID FOR AROUND 1 YEAR. Once your waiver is on file at Jump Yard, you will not be required to sign it again until its validity expires.
IF I COMPLETED A WAIVER ONCE, DO I NEED TO SIGN ONE AGAIN?
Once completed, a waiver is valid for around one year from the day it was signed. You will NOT have to sign again until it is close to your waiver’s expiry date.
ARE THERE ANY RULES AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS?
Ensuring the safety of everyone in our park is our number one priority at Jump Yard! While we have tried to create a safe jumping environment, trampolining is still a physical activity which inherently carries the risk of injury. Please familiarize yourself with the safety rules which are on our website (watch our Safety Video) and which are also displayed at our park.
CAN I JUMP IF I HAVE AN INJURY?
NO. Trampolining is a physical activity that requires your body to be in tip-top condition before you jump. Hence, we recommend that you don’t jump with any prior known injuries. Arm, leg, or any body casts, or fresh stitches of any kind, are forbidden on the trampolines. If you have any concerns about your health, please consult your physician before beginning any new activities, including trampolining.
DO I NEED TO BRING SPECIAL FOOTWEAR?
Yes. You will be required to wear grip socks (with rubber in the bottom, to prevent sliding, and to provide extra grip when jumping). If you don’t have a pair of your own, you may purchase a pair of Jump Yard grip socks from us. These can be saved for future use again (for as long as they are kept clean, and the grips kept in good condition).
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Dress in cool, comfortable (preferably stretchable) clothes. Don’t wear any kind of clothing with snaps, buckles, bling and other hardware, on the trampolines, as these things can tear the trampolines. Before getting on the trampolines, please empty your pockets and remove any dangly jewelry or accessories. We provide changing rooms on site for your convenience. We also have paid lockers and free open cubby holes for you to store your belongings in.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS INSIDE?
No. In the interest of health and safety, no external food or drink will be allowed inside the premises.
IS THERE ANYWHERE TO SIT AND WATCH?
We have areas for sitting and watching your kids or just observing others having fun. We also have a restaurant where you can relax and enjoy some food and drinks.
CAN I GO INTO THE ARENA TO WATCH MY CHILDREN?
Yes, watchers will be allowed into the arena for a minimal entrance fee. They must be wearing regular socks. They will be allowed only on the platforms, and not on the trampolines. Children below 11 years old are required to have at least one adult companion with them in the arena (whether as a platform watcher, or as a jumper). Jumping companions must pay full price and must be wearing grip socks.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS INSIDE THE TRAMPOLINE AREA?
